30-Day Refund/Return Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 30-Day full refund or free exchange policy. If a refund or exchange is approved, you will not need to return the item you received.

The item received is defective, damaged, broken, or does not work properly.
The item received is materially different from its description or the submitted product-customization information.
The item was made or delivered in a size different from the size you ordered.
The item is lost or missing.

These protections also apply to items purchased during a sale or promotion. A discount does not exclude an item from support when it is defective, damaged, made incorrectly, or delivered incorrectly.

Not eligible for a refund or exchange

The following reasons are not covered by our 30-Day Refund/Return Policy:

Refund or exchange requests made more than 30 days after the item was delivered.
Incorrect size, product, address, or personalization information submitted by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, careless handling, or poor maintenance.
Items that have been used, soiled, or damaged during the customer's use.
Personal reasons, including a personal preference or change of mind.

Refund and exchange process

Submit your refund or exchange request with photos of the item received and its packaging, including the detailed shipping label, so we can assist you as effectively as possible.
Receive your refund or replacement after we process your request.

Refund timing

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the payment method used for your purchase. The time for the refund to appear in your account or statement is:
