Already have a tracking number?

Choose the carrier from your shipping confirmation email and enter your tracking number.

Use the shipment tracking number, not your Wondroot order number. Enter 6–60 letters or numbers; spaces and hyphens are accepted.

You’ll continue to the carrier’s website for the latest delivery updates.

A little help with tracking

I haven’t received a tracking number yet

Your personalized piece may still be in production. Check your order status and your email, including the spam folder. Tracking details become available once they have been added to your shipment.

My tracking hasn’t updated

A shipping label can be created before the carrier receives or scans the package. Check again after the first carrier scan. If an update seems overdue, contact us with your order number.

Is my order number the same as my tracking number?

No. Your Wondroot order number identifies your purchase. Your tracking number is provided by the carrier for a shipment. You can find it in your shipping confirmation email or order status page.
