Enter your baby’s name, up to 20 characters, and check the spelling and capitalization. Personalization is entered separately for each product you order.
Birth date — only for designs that include one. If the pictured design shows a birth date, add it after the name in parentheses. Otherwise, enter the name only (up to 20 characters).
Example: Willow (09/09/2026). Use DD/MM/YYYY: day/month/year.
Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. Select “Email me a preview before production” and we will email your design within 12 hours of your order. Reply within 24 hours of the preview email if you need changes; we will make the requested changes before production. If you do not reply within 24 hours, we will produce the original preview. Leave the option unchecked to proceed directly with the details you supplied.
How the preview worksWhat is included, and how is it displayed?
The acrylic plaque is paired with a beech wood LED base and an attached USB cable with in-line control. It uses USB power rather than batteries. Keep the light and cable out of children's reach.
How long do processing and shipping take?
Processing takes an estimated 5–7 business days for your made-to-order item, followed by 7–12 business days for shipping with end-to-end tracking. We deliver within the United States only. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
