Enter your child’s name, up to 40 characters, and check the spelling and capitalization. Personalization is entered separately for each product you order.
Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. Select “Email me a preview before production” and we will email your design within 12 hours of your order. Reply within 24 hours of the preview email if you need changes; we will make the requested changes before production. If you do not reply within 24 hours, we will produce the original preview. Leave the option unchecked to proceed directly with the details you supplied.

How long do processing and shipping take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days after payment and design approval. US shipping then takes 7–10 business days on average.
